Survey terms and conditions

Entries must be submitted by 11pm Tuesday 28 February 2017.
Only one entry per totalsolution website customer.
Entries received by non totalsolution website customers will not be counted.
All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on Wednesday 1 March.
The winner will be notified by either email or phone within 24 hours of the prize draw ending.
The prize is a £150 Amazon voucher (https://www.amazon.co.uk/) for 1 individual winner.
The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of Mercia totalsolution sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Mercia totalsolution reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prizes to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Mercia totalsolution reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
To obtain details of the winner please email websites@mercia-group.co.uk stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading 4 weeks after the closing date.
By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
