HRmanager Really Is Different!
What makes it different from other products available is the use of a simple online wizard that will personalise a staff manual for your business. You simply answer a series of questions, following clear guidance notes, and the programme inserts all of your details so that it becomes your own practical staff manual. This manual can be generated and distributed to your staff. The generated manual will contain links to all relevant forms (ie sickness and absence, etc). You can tailor and upload your own forms as required. When you want to update your manual just make any necessary changes and generate a new version. You can use it to set your own internal standards, supported by relevant policies and procedures. You can be confident of its relevance through regular updates that reflect changes in employment legislation.
- Employee Handbook. A series of practical HR policies and procedures (written by the experts at Mercia) essential for small and medium sized businesses. A simple programme will personalise these for your business and you can circulate them to all your employees.
- Employer Guidance Notes. Practical information relating to each policy, procedure and process contained in The Employee Handbook, particularly its legal background, purpose, related sections and relevant forms.
- Standard Forms. All the standard forms, letter templates and action lists you need to implement the policies, procedures and processes contained in your Employee Handbook.
Updates also Included
We update the manual twice a year (or more regularly if legislation dictates). Your system will automatically be updated, making changes to your systems automatic and easy for you.
Note: HRmanager includes all the policies required for compliance with the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations which came into force in October 2006.
HRmanager For Your Clients*
HRmanager is simple to implement and ideal for all SMEs. Our system allows you to set-up unlimited client accounts for a fixed monthly fee. With little or no internal HR expertise you can provide a valuable service to your clients. HRmanager will provide many benefits to your clients’ businesses and a new income stream for your practice. If you are already offering HR support to your clients then the system is branded as your own in your own website. Clients would access your HR system via your website. To tell your clients all about your new service we'll send them an email for you introducing the new service.
How Much Does It Cost?
Firm Only version : £30 per month plus VAT.
Unlimited Clients version*: £99 per month plus VAT.
There's no set-up fee and a minimum contract period of 12 months.

The unlimited clients version is only available to firms of accountants and can only be used within your existing client base (ie you are not licensed to resell HRmanager on its own outside of your client base.)
